Its blade is manufactured with exclusive high performance stainless steel and NITRUM durability. The handle used in this series is a revolutionary ergonomic handle, composed of injected polypropylene, hygienic plastic material with good shock resistance, non-slip and resistant to high temperatures (120-130ºC).
- PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This salami knife is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. Provides hygienic-sanitary control focused on European regulations. The union between the blade and the handle is permanent, due to the injection process.
- ERGONOMIC AND SAFE DESIGN: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
