• Product is designed to be used as non-return exhaust hood. Cover protects the vent from outside environment and creatures entering it, including but not limited to cold air, ice, rain, snow. One directional flap does not affect air flow in the ventilation system and reduces energy costs on heating.
• Simple to install: 1) Softly squeeze the sides and remove the flap to expose screw holes. 2) Fasten the vent cover to the surface with screws. 3) Once it has been secured to the surface, attach the duct and fasten with any prefered fasteners - clamps, caulk or any other sealant. 4) Reattach the flap.
• Easily servicable - flap can be removed by softly squeezing its sides to pop it out of the sockets to expose the connection and the vent. We suggest duct maintenance every year to reduce energy costs and increase air flow in the ventilation system.
